Scrapping Crazy!

So many of you emailed me or commented asking about my weekend. We had a great time. I got 79 pages done..Yes, 79! I did have some pre-made pages so all I had to do was put the pictures on but it was a great accomplishment and motivation to NOT get so behind again. There were lots of laughs, great stories, delicious food, relaxing moments..ahh..little sleep but so well-worth it! Also, the ladies I went with are so creative and just watching them work inspired me!
This was my area where I spent the weekend!

The cabin(should say big house) was on the hills overlooking Lake Cumberland...this is what you saw when you stood on the deck...just so beautiful, crisp and surrounded by God's Creation!

Now do you all know what this is? One of my friends this weekend was so gracious to let us use her Cricut..oh my this is an amazing machine for "we" scrappers! It cuts out letters, phrases, pictures, shapes..it is endless ! I didn't have my own Christmas list but now I do!

Oh and I have a Cricut and it sure is nice. I keep thinking that I need the big Cricut but I love the portability of the smaller version! And it still get's the job done so it's all good.!!

I am so glad to hear that you had such a fun time away this past weekend! And congrats on getting so much done, wow! :)

I was wondering about the Cricut thing; I saw it at Michaels when it was on sale. Does your Michaels give a coupon to you with your receipt when you buy your things? Sometimes they give 40, even 50 percent off of one regular priced item. That would make it much more affordable, and my friend said they sell Cricut at Costco, too. You probably already know all this, but I just thought I'd pass this info along! :)

Have a great day and a wonderful Thanksgiving! :)

I really like your tea cart...when you're done with it send it my way, I have the perfect spot for it. : ) I am a huge tea drinker and I love all that goes with it! I think I'll have a cuppa right now before I cook my cornbread to make my famous southern style cornbread dressing!

I am so far behind on my scrapbooking it's scary. I could sure use a weekend away like you had.
But if I had a weekend to myself, I know I would find something else to do. Some day I'll get caught up.*sigh*
