Stir and Season Saturday

I am making this tonight for a family we are having over. It is so easy and I try to keep the ingredients in my frig and cabinet b/c you just never know who may stop by. It's a wonderful and yummy appetizer and there is NEVER any left..darn!

Swiss Cheese Dip

1 soft 8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup mayo

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon

Mix first four ingredients and spread on bottom of a pie plate. Cover with crumbled bacon. Microwave on high for 4 minutes (covered). Serve with Crackers.

It's That Easy!!!!

P.S. Thank you to All Things Southern and Preppy for this sweet award!!! She is such a fun "read"...go check her out!
