Well, last night we were part of a Progressive Dinner....I will talk more about this on Monday. However, I had to make FOUR BIG salads. Ladies (and Gents), that is a lot of cutting and chopping and more cutting and then more chopping.
So right now before I go on...you will need your "keys" and "purse"...get ready you are going Shopping! I am going to share with you the most AMAZING KITCHEN tool ever invented...it's a Must. As my husband always says "Is that a need or a want?" This is a NEED!
It's by Progressive and it's a hand held chopper that will chop anything from tomatoes to onions to carrots! It chops it into little squares! It can make a basic salad look amazing! It is so easy and quick...I could give it a big "KiSS"!
Hate cutting onions? Well, this makes that "hatred" fade away...b/c you might even like to cut them using this.... Goes in the dishwasher...barely no cleanup! I use this for salads, casseroles, stir fry...endless~
So just call 1-800-Sandy Toes...take all major credit cards...JUST KIDDING! It is sold at most kitchen stores and even some Targets. You will thank me...I promise!

That looks VERY useful! I have a chopper, but this one looks much better! Thanks for the heads-up! Even using Vidalias and other sweet onions, I still hate chopping them, so this just might be my salvation...

I have this but I only used it once...I may just get it out and make a salad now.

We'd probably eat a lot more salads that weren't from a bag if I had that sucker...

My sister-n-law and brother have those kind of dinners with their church friends. I can't wait to read more about yours. And I have one of those choppers and love it. Especially with small children that like to eat raw vegies. It cuts it to the right size. Have a good weekend!
I love the Progressive dinners but haven't done one in years... Why you ask??? Can only feed 4 in Tassie...LOL LOL I love that tool you have.... I look at it all the time but wondered does it work??? I have that chopper! I got mine for $3 at a discount store. Love it! I have never been to a progressive dinner but would love to someday!

Anything that makes chopping onions is A NEED! And they look so pretty too...I love the shape!
I bought this a ocuple years ago. I used it to cut ham and it took forever to clean up. So I have it in my garage sale pile. But maybe I should give it another chance! I have another one NIB that Ii was going to give to my brother, but didn't when I had such a hard time. Maybe ham just isn't one of the things to cut with it. I'll have to go look through that HUGE pile.
