Coloring is great, but you know the best stress reliver ever:

Finger painting!

To just get your fingers all dirty and rub them over fresh paper. Ah

My oldest will color for hours - now she is so much better than me. My son will color for about 4 minutes. I wish he would just sit and color!

I love to color! One of the best dates I ever went on (in my college days) involved a huge coloring book (you know those 2' x 3' things) and a box of 64 crayons. We had two couples and we just colored and chatted and ate junk food. Might sound silly but it was really fun.

My boys do not have school today, and as I am turning on the computer-our table all around me is littered with crayons, sticker, markers, paper, and paper airplanes...I think we think the same things some days...

When I get clients at work who bring in their kids...I always print fun coloring pages off the internet (they're free and there are hundreds to choose from) and bring out the box of 64. And let me tell you...it's all I can do to stop myself from joining them...I love to color!
