"Stir and Season" Saturday

Fresh Fruit is in...it's time for Fruit pizza...

I received this recipe from a friend in MOPS but instead of doing it circular like "pizza". I put it in a 9 by 13 pan and pile the fruit on top....it looks beautiful and full of taste~

Fruit Pizza

1 tube of sugar cookie

8 oz cream cheese (room temp)

1/3 sugar

1/2 t of vanilla

1 8 oz of cool whipped topping (oops, almost forgot this)

Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries, blackberry and grapes)

Take a 9 by 13 pan and spread out tube of sugar cookie on bottom of pan; Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until lightly brown; Mix cream cheese, sugar, cool whip and vanilla well; After crust is done, let it cool completely; After cool, layer the cream cheese mixture on top of cookie crust; Pile on the fruit all over the top; Cut like a pan of brownies~

I am making this for my kids piano recital this weekend! Oh yum!

I love your recipe because my SIL loves a fruit dessert. I made a strawberry pie this weekend and plan to post it this week perhaps. Your recipe is easier and I like easy during the hot summer months. Thanks for sharing. Have a good Sunday.

I like the idea of making it in a pan. That way, the edges don't have to be perfect.
