Starting At The End of This Story...

Before I talk about the "above" picture {which will have to be later this week} which gives a "peek" where we have been the past 12 days...I must start this whole post at the "end"...
the day we came home~

Six days into my trip...I talked to my husband on the phone and he said he had a "surprise"...

He went on telling me he bought me a dishwasher (I really needed a new one). I was excited but in midst of his shopping he bought me stainless steel and I have black appliances. I wasn't sure if it would match or look right. But, I tried to keep my doubts to myself b/c how sweet it is that he went "dishwasher" shopping for me and came home during his lunch hour for them to deliver!!!!

On the day returning, I was checking my home voicemail box and there were at least 10 messages from the company he bought the dishwasher from. I thought...my goodness they call a lot for one little ole' dishwasher.

We arrived home...my kids went in first...as I went through the door my kids were frozen in one spot. I quickly told them to "move on" as I seem to be the only one carrying anything from a packed car. As I looked past them... My husband had purchased not only a dishwasher but stove and a microwave and the most sleekest refrigerator ever. I was shocked!

To put the cherry on top...

There on the kitchen island were a peach roses~

He literally spent the entire week shopping...comparing...installing appliances! He even bought all the appliances from Kitchen Aid b/c it matched my "mixer"...OH MY goodness! Speechless I still am....

To top it off...he went grocery shopping and stocked the new frig with some of our favorite foods and "staples"....

My husband is very careful with money and what is just almost more amazing than anything is that he was saving for something else he wanted for a long time and he spent it on me instead....

simply speechless ...
