I have been busy getting a "baby" shower ready....decorations! In midst of decorations, I am making chicken salad roll-ups. I have made this at other luncheons and everyone loves it! It's so easy!
Perfect for any lunch get together....
Chicken Salad Roll-Ups
2 large cans of white chicken
1/3 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup of finely diced yellow peppers
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 t of dill, salt and pepper
mayo just enough to "stick" everything together
Mix everything together (you can double or triple this recipe); Serve on flat, flour tortillas and stick with toothpick to keep together. It's very yummy...the yellow peppers is what makes it!

Hi there,
Thanks for stopping by my 'Wednesdays With...' post. I've been out of the loop for the last few days, but I DO appreciate this unusual chicken salad recipe. Yellow peppers...that does sound good!
I also got a kick out of, "Did you kiss?" How adorable!
And last, thank you for the 'Health Care' post. Of course, my gut feeling knows it is all wrong, but I haven't had the time to do enough research yet. I did watch an informative PBS program on it just the other night. But you put it into layman's terms. Thanks. : )
