A Reunion With an Old 'Friend'...

This morning, after the kids were picked up. I jumped in my car too and headed to the closest Starbucks. The morning was crisp and I saw a few red leaves poking their head from the trees. It was the perfect morning to reunite with an old morning friend...

Pumpkin Spice Latte

...the moment I took my first sip it was a sweet reunion. The urge to put on a fire (It's still 80 here) or go rake some leaves (I still have weeds growing) or maybe put on a great fall sweatshirt (I am still wearing 'white') CoMpLeTeLy came over me!

I missed you my "morning" friend!

P.S. Sorry about all the posts about "drinks"...I guess I am thirsty!

I have a recipe for homemade frapuccinos if you want that for your files. The ladies always clean me out when I host a coffee.

I definitely think I'm in the minority...I'm not a coffee drinker, at all. Maybe I need to rethink it because that latte sure sounds mighty tasty!

We have been having a reunion with that same old friend for a couple of weeks now... :)

I need to go to a support group to get off Starbucks! Seriously, I won't go to any other coffee place for my mocha. For gifts I ask for starbucks gift cards. I'm starting to think it's a sickness for me.

Enjoy!

I had an outing to myself last weekend and I treated myself to Starbucks. Since it was 95 degrees outside, I stuck to my guns and ordered the Mocha Frap but oh how I was tempted by the offer of the Pumpkin Spice! I can't wait for Fall weather. ;D

This is my most favorite drink from Starbucks. I don't like coffee much but this one is delicious.

Visiting from SITS. I love your blog, the sounds of the sea and the beach images are so wonderful and relaxing! I also like your writing and look forward to reading more!

Having a Pumpkin Spice Latte is like a rite of passage for welcoming "fall" around our house. It doesn't look like it yet, but in our hearts, the day that drink came back - it was "fall"! ;)

PS: Will you ask mysteryhistorymom to post the recipe???? PLEASE???

My husband loves it too.

Glad you had fun and Yes I love anything fall or pumpkin flavor. What did you think of the country living fair? Was it wonderful? I need to go next year but like I said before I think it falls on my boys birthday weekend.
