The moment my birthday girl woke up on her "special" day. Everyone in the family (including the boys) were asked that question.
This was the day she was getting her ears pierced! Honestly, she did great and after being asking that question about 100 times. She went for it!
We brought her sister for moral "support". Well, kinda of...when they were getting ready to pierce my daughter's ears...we couldn't find her sister. She was standing behind a shelf b/c she didn't want to see her sister cry.
Again...a few more times... "Will it hurt?"
Picking out her earrings...
And AGAIN....are you SURE it won't hurt?

oh, what a great birthday gift :) such stories i have about ear piercing! yes, i did mean ear, as in the single "ear"... glad your daughter was brave enough to get the 2nd ear done without a six month break in between! looks like her birthday was pretty special :)

So cute! I wasn't allowed to get my ears pierced until by 13th birthday but totally chickened out. I didn't get them pierced until I was 19!
