"Closing Up" another school year...

Today, I organized my kids "bins" from the school year. I have one for each school year. Everything goes into them including art work(need a "wide bin), folders, report cards, notes from teachers and anything else that has made the year special(even their name tags).

What will I do next year??? I have to think about this one since we are home schooling.

Anyhow, this system has worked well for me and everything is neat and organized. So when my son or daughters marry off and move into their first place. Here will come "mom" with 12 bins of "school work" to welcome them in their new home...hee hee!

I really need to get on this for this past school year. You have put me to shame, it is not anywhere near the top of my list right now! I better move it up. :) Have a great day!

I have bins from when they were in school and I kept adding to them when we started homeschooling. I am a bit more choosy on what I put in them.

I did the same for my kids, but I did end up weeding them down a little further before they graduated.
I do like the idea of showing up with 12 bins!
