Stir and Season Saturday

"Stir and Season" Saturday

This recipe came from a friend...I have served it at playgroups, brunches, family get-togethers and to guests in our home for breakfast. They are easy and so delicious!!!

Cheddar Ham Cups

2 cups of finely shredded cheese

5 oz of thinly sliced deli ham, chopped

3/4 mayo

1/3 cup real bacon bits

2 tsp. dijon mustard

1 tub of large refrigerated flaky biscuits

In a bowl, combine the cheese, ham, mayo, bacon and mustard. Split biscuits into thirds; Press onto the bottom and up the sides of ungreased miniature muffin cup pan;Fill each with about 1 tsp of cheese mixture; Bake at 450 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for two minutes before removing from the pan; Serve warm; Yields about 2 1/2 doz.

This sounds REALLY good (minus the ham of course LOL). Maybe I'll pass this recipe on to Hubs. ;)

This sounds yummy...and easy! We don't do mustard though but they would still be good without, right? Ang

Ohh this sounds good. I don't eat meat (my family does though), so I can see how this recipe can be altered to make all of us happy. I may be at the store today.
