One day, I was at a kid's boutique looking at some great "bows". Then it was like a "lightbulb" moment..why am I am buying these when I could make them. One of the moms at school, saw my daughter wearing one of the bows I made and asked if I could make her one. I reassured her that she could probaly do it with her handy dandy glue gun. It is so easy!
From buttons to even scrapbook "products"...you can make an awesome bow...Guess what? I don't even tie a bow...it's pieces glues together. So don't feel weary if you can't tie that "bow"..if you can loop a piece of fabric? You can do it!

Another great project. Those bows are great! I love the bright, happy colors.
I love the bows, especially with the buttons on them! I wish my girls would still wear hair bows, but, oh no, they're "too old for THAT". Makes me a little sad. :(
I just popped over from Smile! It's Becky!'s site and I love your blog! I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed it and I am going to link to it! Have a great day!
You are so creative! I didn't get this gene from anyone in my family (if anyone in my family has it). I love bows and so does Thing 4, not Thing 3 though because that would mean I would have to actually brush her hair! :) Ang
Very Cute!!! You know I love bows too.....it is the only thing Sarah will let me keep in her hair!!
What a great idea....your daughter must be thrilled!
I am so challenged in this area. I don't know if its because i don't feel like i have enough time or know how!!!! why don't you just make them and sell them to us?? :)
Perfect. Just perfect. Love them.
Very cute! I have boys, so I completely skipped the bows, and frills! So sad!
I wish, I wish, I wish I had someone to put bows in!!! The boys are NOT having that, and Lucy will eat them, so I guess I will make them for my neighbor's daughters...Hey! That could be a Christmas present!!! Thank YOU!!!
Hi Sandy Toes!
Love the bows!
Love ribbons and I love bows :)
Those bows are cute! Great job!
Cute, CUTE bows...we had enough to fill a store when Lexi would wear bows. Now she will still wear a ribbon in her hair and even cute scrunchies but sadly, no more bows.... :(
Those are really cute...I love the buttons!
Those are so STINKIN' adorable!!! :-)
I love ribbons too, strange that Sophia never wears them. I guess that can be my weekend project. I LOVE your daughters curly, red, hair.
I love those bows! So cute! I wish my daughter had more hair, enough to be able to use one of the bows. I will remember this idea for when she does! :)

I made all of my daughter's bows when she was a little girl! I loved making them!! Saves tons of $$$$$$ too!!
Oh those are so pretty and girly looking too.
Hugs,
Chris
How cute! I remember the days when we had cute bows around the house but not anymore!
Sandy Toes, way too cute. I need to start doing that for my little girl. I just need to get everything organized in my spare bedroom. But that takes time, energy, money, and supplies. I need to look around for some ideas. Take care and I love your blog.

How did I miss it??? Is your daughter going to compete in the state soccer championship??? I just now saw your post about it! If so, CONGRATULATIONS...that's awesome! I wish her the very best! Be sure to let us know the outcome...we're rooting for her!
Precious. I bet she loves them. Oh, to only have little girls.
Too cute! When my girls were little I always made their bows also. I made some out of balloons!! Those were fun!
Cute! I remember those days. My daughter had a drawer full of bows.
Cute bows. I loved doing my daughters hair when she was little. I don't tie them either...just loop around and hot glue. :-)

Fantastic! I am about to endeavor into the same. I have so much ribbon I haven't touched yet. Thanks for the ideas.
BTW, I love your Thankful Thursdays!
These are sooo cute! Miss Missy would love some of these. I keep saying that I am going to try my hand at making them but haven't gotten around to it. Maybe I will.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. The battery had fallen out of her nose BEFORE we went to the doctor. She found it in her room. Kids!
Love the bows and the buttons! So, cute!
My daughter is 7 and at one time had probably 50 bows... she has about 3 today because we lost them everywhere! I used to make them too, especially after I bought a bunch of expensive ones and they disappeared! The button bows are so cute... I wonder if she could make it through an entire day of school with one in? Worth a try!
So cute whn my daughter was small I always put bows in her hair...
Do you know how to make tassles, I would love to learn ?
Sue
I can't wait until my baby girl has enough hair for a bow, I will definitely be making these! Thanks for the inspiratin
