I used to do Jazzercise and it was so much fun and a great workout to boot! Are you taking a class or it is a tape you follow along with? I'm so proud of you for taking the plunge...you CAN do it...I KNOW you can!!!♥
Good for you! I'm so proud of you and jealous of your dedication!!
And I just have to THANK YOU for the comment you just left on my blog. I know I sound a little bitter in it but its only because I don't have the support of my in-laws regarding the homeschooling issue. So, that post was secretly for them. hehe HUGS to you! Ang
Good for you! My sister swears by it. Me? I don't have the coordination...I do Wii Fit and Wii Dance, Dance, Revolution at home. Where my family can laugh with me, hopefully not at me... Keep up the good work!!!!
I have a friend who owns a Jazzercise. She has a sixpack stomach and is in her 50's, so it works. Phillip and I started workingout with a trainer back in October. The first two weeks I could not sit down because my quads were killing me. We made it through the pain and now we feel so much better. Just keep your eye on the results, that will keep you going. Oh, and maybe posting a picture of Giselle on your refrigerator.
YOu go Sandy! If anyone can do that its you. Carey came home with a Wii Fit yesterday and we both tried it out together. Who knew a video game could make you sweat and lose your breath? crazy but fun!
OK! I am laughing so hard I am crying! Not because of your new fabulousness (yeah for you!) but because I read your post wrong. I thought you said "pooping motrin" instead of "POPPING." And I was like OMG WHAT IS WRONG with my dear Sandy Toes??? Then I read it again. Whew! Yes - I've had a rough few days and I haven't had any coffee yet. I thought I would share though because I thought you would get kick out of it. LOL I promise to read slower next time. :D
Yea good for you!!! Playing Wii sports is hurting my muscles, I'm in a competition with hubby who has the better fitness age!! hee hee that is keeping me motivated!! LuLu
That is great! Hmmmm, we don't have one of those - I wonder if one just repeated the commercial parts if they could be as agile and limber as that lady? hehe
You look just like the ladies in that video now, right?! ;)
I've been working out for seven months and I'm not sure if it's made a difference or not (a bit frustrating sometimes.) It's still good for your heart though, right? Even if you're not losing weight.
Okay girl, get out your flesh-colored tights and legwarmers! Seriously, this just gave me a major flashback to when I would tag-a-long to my mom's Jazzercise class when I was a youngun...it was all legwarmers and high-cut leotards. Yikes! You go girl! Keep it up!
I've just strolled into your lovely blog for the first time today. I had such a wonderful time peeking through your posts. I look forward to bookmarking you as my newly found favorite. Thank you for sharing your info!
Can you kick your leg that high too? I want to see that!
Good for you!!! I need to do something like that too, no joke. My middle is kind of like the bread I'm presently making-- growing and kind pudgy. Unfortuantely, you can't punch my tummy down...
Good For You!!! I remember taking step-aerobics classes years ago!!
Now I do Tae-Bo workouts in my house....I love it! But you are so right....I am hitting the Motrin in the evenings. The old body just doesn't bounce like it used to! Come to think of it, it doesn't shape and tone as quickly as it used to either. Getting old stinks!!!!
Good for you hun! Hey, this is a good reason to have hubs watch the kids while you soak in a hot bath and sip a glass of wine to fix those sore muscles!!! xo, Les
Good for you! I just can't seem to get life organized enough to go to a class right now - would love to, though. When you start doing those high kicks, you'll have to post a picture! :-)

I used to do Jazzercise in the early 80's. Were you even born then? I haven't seen much of it around lately. Is it coming back? mimi

You go girl!! If I could be guaranteed that sculpted body look at the end, I'd consider doing it.... For now, I'll settle for buying the Wii Fit!
LUV IT!! Good for you!
Good for you...it really does look more fun than torturous. :)

I've heard jazzercise is making a comeback. Is it really a good workout?
Good for you hun!
