"Stir and Season" Saturday

"Stir and Season" Saturday

Today, I am sharing with you one of my favorite "salads". I make this all the time in the summer and it's perfect with a piece of fresh bread on the side. What makes this salad delightful is the dressing...let me know if you try it!

Oriental Chicken Salad

2 chicken breast boiled and chopped

1/2 cup toasted almonds

1/4 cup toasted seasame seeds

1 can rice noodles (I don't use the whole can)

1 head lettuce chopped up nicely

(Mix all these ingredients up together)

Right before serving; pour this dressing on top~

Dressing

Mix Together:

4 T sugar

2t salt

1/2 t pepper

4 T white wine vinegar

1/2 cup salad oil

Enjoy!

{Just typing this makes me want to make this for dinner tonight}

I'm just getting around to catching up with everyone. I wanted to say thanks so much for your sweet words about my uncle. It meant a lot to me!

Great salad! I have that recipe, and haven't made it for years! It's funny - your Stir and Season Saturdays are reminding me that I used to be a good cook! What has happened??? :-)
