Is it me or you too? I do not like to be in the kitchen with a hot oven when it's hot outside. The BBQ is bad enough...I would eat cold pastas all day if I could. This is a favorite rib sauce that you combine all the ingredients then pour over ribs and baste continually while cooking.
Tangy Rib Sauce
1 cup bottled BBQ sauce (sticky fingers is the best)
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1 t brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
1/2 cup honey
Enjoy with some corn of the cob and fresh strawberry cobbler...oh I love summer!
p.s. Lately, when making a pitcher of lemonade from frozen concentrate. I cut up some fresh strawberries(makes it look quite fancy) and lemon and put it in. It's perfect!!!

I don't mind cooking during the summer. My husband keeps the house so frigid that I welcome a little warmth from the kitchen... LOL!
I think we may be having ribs tonight. You made me get a craving.
