Edible "grass"in Easter surprise

We are going to some friends for Easter dinner. The kids and I thought it would be fun to give their kids a little Easter treat. I have seen these in different blogs and magazines...they are cute! It's like a little Easter "scene" with candy!

I found the edible "grass" at Target...how excited I was! All you need is...

a glass bowl (canning jars work great)

edible "grass"

chocolate bunny

chocolate carrots or sucker carrots (I have seen both)

ribbon and jelly beans

You put jelly beans on the bottom and lay the "grass" on top. Then stick the bunny and carrots in the grass to stand up. It's so very simple but really cute! Then tie a little ribbon on top and woila! It's a little different from the normal Easter basket.
