This "Dip" is more than corn...it's addictive!

One of my favorite holiday/picnic "starter" is corn fiesta dip...this is not a normal dip you usually see but it is addictive...once people take a couple of bites...they keep coming back for more...serve with tortilla chips.!  It is best to make a couple of hours before to let the flavors blend...enjoy!

Corn Fiesta Dip
2 large cans of Mexi corn (drain out water)
1/4 cup of green onions chopped finely
1/4 cup of jalapenos chopped
2 cup of Monterey Jack/Colby cheese shredded(bag is fine)
2 to 3 shakes of Mortens or Lawrys seasoned salt
*Mayo to stick--little as possible but just enough
-Mix together and put in frig till ready to serve!

I use to make this for Bunco and literally everyone would be around it talking!

Happy Labor Day!

Your dip looks really yummy. I'll have to try it soon.

I can't believe someone was throwing that iron table and chairs away. Great for you. I would be so excited.

Thanks for stopping by our blog. My dad said the same thing about the age of nine...that it is the half way point. I don't like to think about that even though it's true. It certainly makes you think about things you want to do, things you wish you hadn't done, and that time is so fleeting and precious.

HI - thanks for stopping by my blog! I make this dip a lot - it is always a huge hit. I have a little variation to mine. I add garlic salt, cumin, sour cream and heat in the oven for 30 mins. I serve with Fritos Scoops.... So good!
