Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate????

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Hot chocolate with LOTs of marshmallows..love it made with milk!

WHOOOAAA...Does that say 19 more days???? Ahhh..I have so much to do---------------->

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just them under the tree? Okay..I am blonde(well, foiled blond) but I don't understand this question....

3.Colored lights on house/tree or white? Oh my..must be white!

4.Do you hang mistletoe? No..goodness, I never have!

5. When do you put up your decorations up? When the last person is done eating their Thanksgiving meal...hee hee!

6. What is your favorite holiday dish? Mmmm, I love the "dips"!

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?I remember getting a dollhouse..wood...it had a lit up chandelier...Oh..I loved it!

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I have a terrible memory when recalling childhood memories but I remember where I was sitting and can almost see the family room when my mom told me there was no Santa...I was devasted!

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yes, my husband and I exchange:)!

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? All our ornaments represent something..a vacation, a new baby, vacation.

11. Snow.Love it or dread it? I love the first fall of snow!

12. Can you ice skate? Yes!

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? My dollhouse and cabbage patch as a kid!

14. What is the most important thing about the holidays to you? Being with my family and enjoying the magic of the season

15. What is your favorite holiday dessert? If it has chocolate, I love it!!!

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Oh my..we have quite a few..our Christmas Van Express!

17. What tops your Christmas Tree?A angel.

18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? I love them both..I love to watch family and friends open their gifts from me but receiving a gift is fun too!

19. What is your favorite Christmas song? "Believe" by Josh Groban

20. Candy Canes. Yum or Yuck? I love the first candy cane I lick at Christmas then that is it!

21. What do you want for Christmas? MMMmmmm..I would like some more charms for my Pandora bracelet.

22. Do you attend an annual Christmas party? yes!

23. Do you dress up for Christmas Eve or wear PJ's? I would dress up but the family doesn't like too..so pj's it is!

24. Do you own a Santa hat? Nope and I don't think I ever will!!!!

25. Who do you normally spend Christmas with? For 13 years my husbands family....maybe one year it will be at my house..maybe???!!!

I also want to thank "Dear Diary" for this award!!! What a fun award and so appreciated! I am suppose to write what I love about Christmas....

Well, I love everything...the smells, the lights, the glitter, the trees...I love what Christmas represents and the memories are "treasures"! During part of my "childhood", we didn't celebrate Christmas as a family....I think I "make up" for those lost years!

Every day is different...Tag...your it!

I am not sure if you all care that I can barely get out of bed at 6am or at 1:15 I am on the phone but it would be fun to see what you all do!
mmm...my day...well, everyday is different! But, here we go....
My Schedule...sometimes...somedays..not most days...changes all the time...

6:08 Alarm goes off; I get myself up barely....wake up my son to jump in the shower then I go into the "lions den" that is what we call it....wake my oldest daughter up

6:35 Make breakfast, get backpacks zipped up...last minute check on hair, teeth and bows:)

7:00 Off to school...

7:30 Grab a moment with the hubby; clean up from breakfast; off he goes and sit with my coffee and blog, check voicemail and my daytimer

8:30 Youngest child wakes up...bath, get dressed...tickle time and eat!

9:00 till about 12:30...we do errands, check my work email...sneak in a couple of minutes of blogging, get dinner in the crockpot; make phone calls; color with youngest...lunch and off to preschool

12:45-3:00 More errands; clean; organize; work a bit; blog a bit; talk on the phone; catch a lunch with a friend; spray paint a basket; organize a drawer; throw laundry in washer; talk to my husband at work

3:00 Pick up my child at preschool then pick up my other kids at school

4:00 Snack; do homework, reading logs, piano practice with two oldest children

5:15 Eat dinner together; off to soccer practice or maybe boy scouts or maybe piano lessons or maybe girl scouts; or maybe basketball

7:00 Gather back... family devotions...read books...baths...do the whole bedtime routine and then maybe do it again...night night!

8:30 Go back and forth that now I am tired and I don't want to work...so I blog, spend time with hubby...maybe at 9:30 do a little work...blog again...fold laundry, empty dishwasher, layout clothes for the next day, exercise, wash kitchen floor, balance my checkbook, sign my kids assignment books; catch up on emails....barely get up to bed...watch a bit of FOX news..turn off the light...goodnight!

Goodness..you all know too much now...random or wierd...
1. I love folded laundry.
2. I use to "oreo" cars in college. (people I knew)
3. My purse is so heavy...I leave it in the car most of the time.
4. Never watch scary movies...Scooby Doo is on the edge for me!
5. I love bows, ribbons, barretts and headbands for my girls.
6. Love a good pen to write with...smooth and glides
7. I worked at a diamond store for years in highschool and college.

I'm It!

Wow, I was tagged twice this morning ......thanks to Andrea from the Hinsley House and Baby Make 5 for thinking of me! Okay...6 random things about me...

* I love pizza....my favorite toppings are pineapple, ham and bacon...I love it for breakfast!

* In college, I had Christmas brunch in LA with Sean Penn and Alec Baldwin (long story...I was a companion for a wealthy lady whose son owns divisions of a big movie production company)

* I have never had a speeding ticket! BUT, I have talked myself out of one two times!

* In my neighborhood, as a kid, we use to toilet paper and fork lawns....we were so bad...Where were our parents????(sorry, mom, had to type it!)

*I did a summer project under the streets of NYC with the homeless...it was very eye opening!

*I worked at McDonalds for one day in highschool.

I have been tagged!

I was tagged by Life of a Southern Belle! It is my first time so here we go...

1. I played fast-pitch softball in highschool( I was All-State my junior and senior year) and college... now if I throw a ball I am taking motrin the next day!

2. I went to France with my husband and was robbed TWICE!

3. Since I was a child, I would gag if someone licked their fingers...I still do but NOW I can at least excuse myself to the bathroom...I have a very weak stomach!

4. I had acrylic nails put on for about six months...I couldn't stand them! So I went to take them off and was in tears. It hurt so bad! The lady behind the table got mad b/c I was moving in "pain" and told me to go to another salon b/c I was a "baby"!

5. I love to shop at any store, anytime, anywhere with anybody!

6. I still have a "baby tooth" in my mouth!

7. I love to Look at houses!! I take different ways to everywhere to look at houses...my poor kids can't even figure out where we live b/c we take a different way home each time!
